Both sides of the cabinet bottom were identical and curved like I made them. Maybe they cut it that way to remove some damage previously or something. Definitely a bummer. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news :(, but the bottom of Moon Patrol should be flat, not rounded. I think yours might have just been rounded from being moved around with water damage.
