More Crap From eBay: Pac-Man Roller Skates
Pac-Man February 13th, 2008I just got these in the mail, straight from eBay:
I need to get some Pac-Man shoelaces for them. When I find them, I’m thinking of hanging them on the wall by their laces.
These are children’s size 1. All attempts to jam my size 10 1/2 feet into them were futile.

I have another very cool item on the way that I’m going to use to decorate the arcade. I’m hoping it will show up tomorrow. I’ll post pics when it arrives.

I’m jealous, in a sense. I don’t see myself spending all the time to look for items like this, but I wish that I could have you in my employ to look for arcade items for me:)
But, the nice thing is, once I know they exist, I can look for one for myself. I really like the roller skates in particular, mixes two brands of nostalgia.

LOL. I know exactly what you mean. While I did find these by browsing eBay, I did find a lot of other things by seeing other collectors post pictures of them. I found out about 2 arcade themed Mad magazines on Peter’s site: http://peterhirschberg.com/arcade/pics.htm
